Hello Everyone! I am now 31 lbs lighter! I slacked off a bit with exercising on a daily basis but during that time I maintained good eating habits so I wouldn’t regain the pounds I’ve lost. During my “slack-cation” I realized how much I let an old habit slip in again…taking care of others needs while sacrificing myself and my well being. Not good at all. The bouncer is back on the door guarding my time and my workouts are sweet again. I’m sweating just like old times.

All is well! It’s been a minute since I last checked in. Let me bring you up to date: I have lost 12 more pounds! Over these last weeks I have encountered many things that in the past would have thrown me for a loop. This time around I: 1) Let God’s word take precedence in my life, 2) I refused to regain the weight I have lost and 3) I refused to go back to a lifestyle that never met my needs but rather took from me. I am so proud of me! Sure I have more weight to loose but it’s not just about the weight…It’s about making wise decisions and healthy choices that benefit me, my family, loved ones and those my life will touch. I am excited that I have embraced a life of daily exercise and proper meal/snack selections. I’m a Smart Moves Momma becoming who God intended me to be!
