Day 3

Lot’s of sweat today!  Getting the moves down better too.  I can’t remember what I thought was so important before  that  I didn’t take time to exercise.  I’m loving this!!!!  I am doing things like riding my bike with my family and running around with our 3 year old.

Day 2

Today’s workout was great!  Really felt it in my abs and the booty..lol  No rushing to get it done;  I was in the moment and enjoying myself.  Our 3 year old  said “Mommy where’s my towel..I want to do it too”.   As I was eagerly watching the screen for the next move…I looked over and she was watching and following my every move!  That made my day.  When the song “All Of Me”  came on I found myself releasing my will to the Lord in the area of fitness.  I laid it down today….Thank You Lord.  The workout came to an end but I wasn’t done I just wanted to praise Him for what had been done today in me…..then Solveig started to sing “All The Way To Heaven”…Perfect!

Day 1

Today’s workout was good!  Started later than I planned…so I felt a bit rushed to get me out of the way to take care of family and business….  not a good feeling at all.    I realized today that I have created a bad habit.  THIS MUST CHANGE lol!  I laughed when Martha said “really squeeze that booty”  and found myself somewhere between Martha, Lisa and Nancy with my moves…lol  I will be conscious throughout the day to make the most of my time and get a better start tomorrow.  Weighed and measured myself and will begin to keep a food log to see where I need to make adjustments.  I am looking forward to my progress and the many adventures I will have.   Join me!   I’ll keep you updated on my progress.
