Days 10-15

The last 6 days have been awesome!  I took 2 days off but continued to monitor my food intake and my eating cut off time.   I worked out at different times of the day and no matter what time I worked out I got an energy boost.  I did notice however that when I worked out in the morning my energy level stayed consistent an carried me throughout the day.  But  when I  worked out in the middle of the day or in the evening I had several energy dips .  Today was weigh and measure day…another 2.6 lbs and 2 1/2 inches gone!  Before I starting working out and being disciplined in my eating I felt like a counterfeit.   For me, being over weight and not physically fit was an outward show of not being disciplined and not having victory in my life.  I would say “Oh God help me” and then do nothing different.  As heartfelt as that was nothing changed.  I watched others around me not only get in shape but do a total transformation.   The difference…they were doers I was not.   I am thrilled that I am now a doer!
